Thomas Sill Foundation Challenge

Thomas Sill Foundation issued a challenge to all community foundations within Manitoba to raise $50,000 by September 2016 and upon doing so would grant $25,000 to each successful community foundation. Giving Circle Gets $20,000 Boost from Winnipeg Foundation
